Our story began with a simple idea: create a place that feels like home while celebrating the character, charm, and culinary spirit of another era.

A Restaurant Built Around Family

At The New Deal, family isn't just part of our story. Family is the story. Chef Kerry Krull-Meadows, our Chef, Mom & Owner, brings more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry to The New Deal. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Kerry created a menu that brings together the comforting flavors of classic American cooking with a fresh, elevated approach.

A Concept Designed by Family

Kerry's daughter, Kendra, developed the restaurant's concept and brought its visual personality to life. From the charming interior design and period artwork to the unique dishware and vintage glasses, Kendra created an atmosphere that feels cozy, romantic, and wonderfully nostalgic. While Kerry's son, Ramsey, brings his own specialty to The New Deal: hospitality and mixology.
